Cacao Recipes
Cacao is more than chocolate — it’s tradition, flavor, and creativity. Discover simple, inspiring recipes to enjoy it in every form.

Build Your Cacao Palate
Cacao is an acquired taste — rich, bitter, and deeply satisfying. Like coffee or wine, the more you explore it, the more complexity you’ll discover.
-
Start small: Begin with 2.5g (about ½ teaspoon) of cacao.
-
Increase gradually: Over time, move towards 5g, then 10g for a fuller, creamier body.
-
Refine your taste: As your palate develops, what once felt bitter will transform into a smooth, velvety experience.
The ritual of building your palate is part of the journey — allowing you to connect with cacao in your own unique way.
