Return Policy for Tote Bags

We want you to love your tote! If you're not fully satisfied, we accept returns on unused tote bags within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

The bag must be unused and in original condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

If there’s an issue with your order (wrong item, damage, etc.), please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll make it right.

Note: Because each tote is screen-printed by hand, slight variations in print are part of the design and not considered defects.
