At Karaya Bean, we want you to feel connected and satisfied with every part of your cacao experience. If something isn’t quite right with your order, we're here to help.

Because our cacao is a natural, perishable product, we’re unable to accept returns on opened items. However, if your order arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll review your case and do our best to resolve the issue quickly.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. But if there was a problem with your order, let us know—we’re happy to find a solution that works for you.

Shipping Info

All orders are packed and shipped directly from Amsterdam.                We currently ship within the Netherlands and select EU countries.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your package is on the way.

Since we handle logistics in-house, delivery times may vary slightly based on volume or local holidays—but rest assured, we do everything we can to get your cacao to you quickly and safely.
